ASHLEY ERWIN, Founder of Charmed Event Co.
After spending several years traveling all over the country planning all sorts of corporate and charity events, Ashley begun freelancing into wedding and social events in 2015. Fall of 2016 she and her husband relocated to the Gulf Coast of Alabama. While they grew their family Ashley continued to help friends and family with weddings and social events. In the summer of 2024 she officially jumped back into professional event planning and founded Charmed Event Co.
Ashley's passion for design and detail drives her to create unique experiences that reflect the personalities and stories of her clients. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, she thrives on bringing joy and creativity to every occasion. It is her belief that every event is a unique story waiting to be told and its our privilege to make yours a beautiful narrative.
When she's off she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and three kids. Her favorite treats are watermelon flavored Oli Pop, a chocolate croissant, and a Garden of Eden Matcha from Provisions.

BRANDI DOUGLAS, Lead Coordinator
Brandi Douglas has planned and coordinated more weddings than she can count over the years. She started teaching after getting her bachelor's degree in theater in 2005. She puts multiple large-scale productions together in her role at Snook Christian Acadamy every year.
Brandi specializes in orchestrating seamless and impactful events. From concept development to execution, her meticulous attention to detail ensures every element aligns with her client's vision. She thrives on transforming complex logistics into beautifully executed events. Her approach combines creativity with strategic planning, allowing her to deliver memorable moments that resonate.
With her off days she enjoys spending time with her husband, their sweet little boy, and catching any Broadway performance that comes within a 3-hour radius of Baldwin County.
